Yusuf Bayrak, MD, is an Associate Staff Physician of Thoracic Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. He received his medical degree from Istanbul University, Istanbul School of Medicine in Istanbul, Turkey, and completed his surgical training at Istanbul University, Department of General Thoracic Surgery. Dr. Bayrak's clinical interests include lung transplantation, robotic and VATS lung cancer surgery,pulmonary metastasectomy, hyperhydrosis operations and extended resections for malignant lung tumors, and his research interests include fast track surgery and the interactions between gut flora and sepsis. In his free time, he enjoys playing the bass guitar, cooking, and reading.
