Ayşegül holds a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Süleyman Demirel University in Turkey. After graduation, she dedicated seven years to the field of pediatric physiotherapy, working extensively with children diagnosed with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, rare genetic syndromes, spina bifida, muscular dystrophies, developmental delays, and various conditions involving orthopedic and neurological challenges.

To better address cognitive and sensory issues in children, Ayşegül earned certifications in DIR Floortime and Sensory Integration. She also completed ABA Level 1 training to manage behavioral challenges effectively. Additionally, she pursued Pilates training to meet the physical needs of her pediatric patients. Ayşegül became a pioneer in Turkey by introducing the Cuevas Medek Exercises (CME) therapy method and raising awareness among physiotherapists and families, ultimately becoming Turkey's first CME therapist.
