Doruk Turhan is a Physiotherapist from Turkey. After graduating from Yeditepe University, Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation in Istanbul, Doruk continued his career in Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Chiropractic. He completed his first post-graduate degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at Yeditepe University, and his second Master’s Degree in Chiropractic at Bahcesehir University, which is recognized by the World Federation of Chiropractic. He is one of the first Turkish Chiropractors.
Doruk’s approach to treatment is to balance natural and metropolitan life within the wellness paradigm. He enjoys researching the effects of office life on health, which is a common issue in today’s working environment. Doruk has participated in international conventions by the European Chiropractors Union for the past four years and presented Turkey’s first 3 academic papers in 2017-2019. He has worked at different universities since 2016 and is currently working on his PhD thesis.
In his free time, Doruk enjoys sports such as tennis, soccer, and swimming, as well as exploring nature.
